  • Welcome and Introductions

  • Establish Norms

    • Arrive On Time (when possible- busy lives-family first)

    • Listen to one another

    • Come with an open mind and allow for other’s opinions

    • Make decisions that are best for our students and the culture of an academic-minded campus. 

  • Review and Approve the SPSA (School Plan for Student Achievement)

    • The SPSA has been updated for the 2025-2026 school year

      • I would like input from parents on our analysis of past data

        • What are some positive areas of production

        • What are some areas of improvement that I may have missed

        • Any areas that you feel need to be addressed further or adjusted to help our students in the new school year? 

  • Review goals and plans to increase student achievement.

    • The WestEd Needs assessment has highlighted potential changes our school needs to consider to increase student achievement through the Master Schedule, to change class options for the better. 

      • Highlight some potential changes and electives that may be coming to Glick in the 2025-2026 school year to help students improve their outcomes. 

    • After parents provide input, we will sign the document for review and sign any necessary signatures on DTS for the School Site Council
